As one of the busiest transshipment hubs in the world, Singapore runs on tight port windows. Our Singapore coordination team schedules provisioning and bonded store deliveries around PSA and Jurong Port terminal slots, so a call for stores doesn't become a call for a delay.
Ship stores delivered to your berth in Singapore, Busan, Rotterdam & across Africa.
NAVISCOPE MARINE plans and delivers provisions, bonded stores, technical stores and safety equipment around each vessel's port call — coordinated by a duty desk that runs around the clock.
A chandler built around four ports, not four hundred.
NAVISCOPE MARINE was set up to solve a specific problem: too many global ship suppliers spread themselves thin across every port on the map and answer none of them well. We chose instead to build deep, working relationships in Singapore, Busan, Rotterdam and the African ports our clients call at most — so orders move faster and fewer things get lost between agents.
Every order is handled by a coordinator who knows the terminal, the customs process, and the local supplier network for that specific port — not a generic call centre reading from a script.
- — Dedicated regional coordinators for Singapore, South Korea, the Netherlands and Africa
- — Provisions, bonded stores, technical stores and safety equipment under one order
- — A 24/7 duty desk for last-minute and out-of-hours port calls
Ship chandling services, ordered as one package
Everything a vessel needs during a port call, coordinated so it arrives together — not scattered across separate suppliers and separate delays.

Bonded & Duty-Free Stores
Bonded goods handled in line with each port's customs procedure, with paperwork prepared ahead of arrival.

Port Agency & Logistics Coordination

Four regions, covered in depth
Rather than claim every port on earth, we've concentrated our network where our clients actually call — and go deep on the customs, agents and terminals in each one.
Busan New Port and Busan North Port handle container and bulk traffic that rarely sits still for long. We work with Korean customs-registered agents to clear provisions and technical stores quickly, with English-language coordination throughout.
Rotterdam is our anchor point for Northern Europe, with onward coordination into Amsterdam and Antwerp. Provisions, bonded stores and deck and engine stores are sourced locally and delivered against confirmed berth times, in line with EU and Dutch customs procedures.
Our African coverage runs through Durban and Cape Town on the south coast, Lagos and Tema on the west, and Mombasa on the east. Local agent partnerships handle the customs and port-access variation between each country, so ordering stays a single process from your side.
