About Us

A chandler built around four ports, not four hundred.

NAVISCOPE MARINE was set up to solve a specific problem: too many global ship suppliers spread themselves thin across every port on the map and answer none of them well. We chose instead to build deep, working relationships in Singapore, Busan, Rotterdam and the African ports our clients call at most — so orders move faster and fewer things get lost between agents.

Every order is handled by a coordinator who knows the terminal, the customs process, and the local supplier network for that specific port — not a generic call centre reading from a script.

  • Dedicated regional coordinators for Singapore, South Korea, the Netherlands and Africa
  • Provisions, bonded stores, technical stores and safety equipment under one order
  • A 24/7 duty desk for last-minute and out-of-hours port calls

Ports We Serve

Four regions, covered in depth

Rather than claim every port on earth, we've concentrated our network where our clients actually call — and go deep on the customs, agents and terminals in each one.
